You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel in time, your treatment will be charged according to the above fees. This is because the scheduled time has already been reserved especially for you and can no longer be filled.
Reimbursement
The treatments of physiotherapy, manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and dry needling are reimbursed from your supplementary insurance. Each health insurer has different packages with different levels of compensation. We recommend to inquire with your health insurance prior to your visit and check your policy conditions. Contracts with all major insurance carriers
Fysio Masters has contracts and price agreements with all health insurers. If you are insured for physiotherapy, we will send your physiotherapy treatments directly to your health insurance for reimbursement. If you are not (fully) insured for the treatment, you will only receive a (residual) invoice for the fees that are not reimbursed for by your health insurer. Read more about bill payment.
No need for a prescription from your Doctor
You do not need a referral for the physiotherapy, manual therapy, sports physiotherapy and dry needling treatments. Of course you can always make an appointment with your GP first, as your GP will continue to play a central role in coordinating your care. But it’s not necessary. Do you already have a prescription letter? Please take this with you to your first appointment.
