Payment of Invoices via Infomedics
If you are not (fully) insured for treatment, you will only receive a (residual) invoice for the costs that are not reimbursed by your health insurer. We will use the following rates in 2020. In our practice we would rather take care of you than spend a lot of time on our financial administration. That is why we have outsourced the collection of invoices to Infomedics. This company specializes in invoicing and collecting healthcare claims. They now work for thousands of healthcare providers such as dentists, general practitioners, physiotherapists, psychiatrists and veterinarians.
What does this mean for you?
The digital invoice is sent to the e-mail address that you have provided to us. You can scan the QR code on the account with your mobile phone. You will be taken directly to your iDEAL payment page. All payment details have been neatly entered for you, so you only have to agree to the payment. On https://patienten-inloggen.infomedics.nl/ you can create an account. In your account you will have an overview of your history and personal data.
Do you rather want to receive your invoice by mail?
Please, inform your therapist of your preference. You can recognize your bill by the pink Infomedics envelope.
Pay on time
Don’t forget to pay your bill on time. This will save you money and annoyance. Infomedics uses a payment term of 30 days after the invoice date.
